| Utica Coffee – In Response to COVID-19 – Hello Folks! In response to the growing concern of COVID-19, we are implementing some temporary restrictions and recommending a few changes to our customers. 1. Until further notice, we will no longer be accepting reusable travel mugs. 2. We will be limiting social contact such as hugs, high-fives or fist bumps. We still love you all (we are still accepting air high fives though!) 3. Customers are encouraged to use contactless payments or gift cards over cash whenever possible. 4. When dining in the cafe, we ask at the end of your fisit that you dispose of an trash you have (ie. napkins, tissues, or paper towels). 5. Baristas will be excusing themselves frequently to wash their hands throughout their shifts. We will have heightened sanitizing and cleaning procedures throughout the day. Request for information should be done via phone/email/mail to each department during regular office hours. – Town Clerk – 315-853-5401 – Village Clerk – 315-853-5231 – Kirkland Planning – 315-853-3350 – Receiver of Taxes – 315-853-3324 Due to COVID-19, Lumbard Hall is closed and the Village of Clinton is requesting that you mail in your April 1st water/sewer bill payment to the Village Clerk’s office. We are accepting either checks or cash. If you would like a stamped paid receipt mailed back to you, please send the entire bill with your payment. The top portion will be retained by the Village Deputy Clerk and the bottom portion will be mailed back to you. The deadline for payment has been extended to May 31, 2020. We realize this request will incovenience some, but we hope you understand the reasons for it.
