FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in the annual Clinton Art + Music Festival. Our event brings an average of 5,000 people to the village green. A day full of live music, talented vendors, delicious food and great atmosphere.
To participate:
A $10 jury fee is required for all applicants, new and returning. All fees are non-refundable.
One Snack Item Vendor Fee $60
Multiple Food/Drink Items Vendor Fee $135
Festival booth is 10×10. If you have a need for a larger space, contact us directly. Please note location of space is not guaranteed.
Important Vendor Info:
Vendors must supply their own equipment including canopies, tables, chairs, canopy weights, etc. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition they found it. Please remove all items, trash, food containers, etc. Please note this event is outdoors – outdoor conditions and ground should be expected. Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax, obtaining proper permits and having current insurance.
At this time, we can only accommodate space for TWO (2) food trucks with their own quiet generators. There is ONLY ONE Food Truck Spot left. Please reach out to Rachel at handmadedarling@gmail.com BEFORE applying. Due to the location of the festival we are limited in space. Given that the market is located on the Clinton Village Green, consideration is given to restaurants who are Chamber members and support the community year round.

- Pay $125 Booth Fee (Multiple Food/Drink Items Vendor) + $10 Jury Fee (for all new and returning vendors)
Apply between 4/1/20 – 4/30/20
- Pay $60 Booth Fee (One Snack Item Vendor) + $10 Jury Fee (for all new and returning vendors)
- Pay $135 Booth Fee (Multiple Food/Drink Items Vendor) + $10 Jury Fee (for all new and returning vendors)
Apply after 5/1/20
- Pay $60 Booth Fee (One Snack Item Vendor) + $10 Jury Fee (for all new and returning vendors)+ $20 LATE FEE
- Pay $135 Booth Fee (Multiple Food/Drink Items Vendor) + $10 Jury Fee (for all new and returning vendors)+ $20 LATE FEE
The Clinton Art & Music Festival and the Clinton Chamber of Commerce will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the festival.
DEADLINES: All applications must be submitted by May 1, 2020. Vendors will receive notification of acceptance on May 20th. Any applications submitted AFTER May 1st will be subjected to a $20 late fee. By applying to this festival, you agree to the rules and regulations. If accepted, each vendor must pay the booth fee before the date of the festival via our website or through check. Payment must be received by July 30th to reserve your spot. Please note, if payment is not received your spot will not be held under any circumstance.
