Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2024 Clinton Art and Musical Festival on Saturday, August 24th. Our event brings an average of 5,000 people to the Village Green for a day full of live music, talented vendors, delicious food, and great atmosphere.
Important Vendor Info:
Vendors must supply their own equipment including canopies, tables, chairs, canopy weights, etc. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition they found it. Please note this event is outdoors – outdoor conditions and uneven ground should be expected. This is a rain or shine event, and accepted vendors are expected to participate regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be given for weather related cancellations.
Deadlines and Important Dates:
All applications must be submitted by May 1, 2024.
April 1 – First round of acceptance notifications
May 1 – Application cut off
June 1 – Second round of acceptance notifications
July 1 – Payments due
Booth Fees:
Art and Craft Vendors: $80 for 10’x10′ tent space
Food Vendors: $140

Insurance Requirements
By applying to this festival, you agree to provide proof of insurance listing both the Clinton Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Clinton as additionally insured.
Insurance may be provided by your insurance agent or by visiting ACT insurance online for a temporary policy.
Your General Liability policy must carry a minimum $1,000,000 limit for bodily injury, $1,000,000 for property damage, and a general aggregate of $2,000,000. Insurance must be of an “occurance” basis — original certificates of insurance only.
